My brothers best friend might have colon cancer
My brothers best friend is Dave and we are afraid that he might have colon cancer. We are not sure yet but he has to go for a colonoscopy. My brother believes that he is having problems due to years of drinking various protein shakes, diet pills and energy pills. I dont know for sure if it is or if hes going to be okay I just hope he is.

things im going to do to lose weight and get healthy mind and spirit:
exercise every night for about 45 min
eat healthy
start eating breakfast in the morning
start a journal to write down my anxious thoughts
fix my sleeping habits to get healthier sleep
go out in the sun more (I never go out, it would help)
stop procrastinating and deal with problems when they come

My Human Behavior/Psychology class
I always feel awkward in that class because I can relate to ALOT of what we talk about and everyone else is like dumbfounded by it.
